Young alums (20s/30s) of all Ivy League colleges and grad schools are invited to join us for a night of drinks and networking at the elegant University Club of San Francisco! Our last event in November drew over 500 Ivy Leaguers from all over the Bay! As usual, we will have two floors, dedicated staff, appetizers, and drink specials for the night.
For this mixer only, the Harvard Club of San Francisco and the Penn Club of Northern California have partnered to create a Haiti Relief Campaign to support relief efforts to victims of one of the most devasting natural disasters in modern history. Cover is $15/person at the door, will include 1 drink ticket, and $5 of each ticket will be donated to Partners in Health, a non-profit providing medical aid in Haiti. Partners in Health (PIH) works to bring modern medical care to poor communities in 12 countries around the world and has been working on the ground in Haiti for over 20 years. PIH employs more than 11,000 people worldwide, including doctors,nurses and community health workers. PIH was founded in 1987 by Paul Farmer, a Harvard Medical School Alumnus; Thomas J. White; and Todd McCormack to support activities in Haiti. We hope you can join us as we work together to support relief efforts in Haiti. To give us a fair estimate of attendance, we ask that you please respondvia the Evite - you will need to provide both your first and last name for the guest list. Spread the word and hope to see you there! Invited are: Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Harvard, MIT, Penn, Princeton, Stanford, and Yale!
